THE TURTURROS - LOS ACTIVOS
"Split"
Ep - Vinyl 7" - 4 songs

Split release by the punk rock veterans from Rome, The Turturros and a new band from Alessandria. The Turturros still working within the standard balls-to-the-wall pop-punk with Vindictive's styled vocals, but with a little more thought put into the arrangements and all such stuff. Los Activos switch things up a bit with a more lo-fi and less ballsy version of 90's pop-punk.

THE REVERENDS
"Whiskey River"
Ep - Vinyl 7" - 6 songs

Garage punk'n'roll trio, from Rome. Two guitars, no bass. Get any Heartbreakers, Gun Club, Stooges, Dead Boys, Oblivians, Dead Moon and Ramones memory you have; shake them; add pepper, Viagra, speed and marshmallows; shake once again... here are the Reverends.
Some reviews: "The Reverends play high-octane, triple speed, drug damaged, punk poisoned, metal-fried Rock and Roll- the real Devil's Music (...) . Buzzing, thrashy cock rock and black-boned voodoo-billy converge in an unholy alliance of swirling noise, AC/DC and the Gun Club battling it out for the last slug of hairy booze. " Sleazegrinder (Ballbuster)
"Flavors of the Gun Club and Sixties rock appear periodically throughout these six tunes (...)"Maximum Rock'n'Roll

"I'm Not"
Ep - Vinyl 7" - 4 songs

The Turturros are an Italian three-piece that play speedy pop-punk with a heavy dose of Joey Vindictive styled vocals. It's a buzzy blast with great lyrics about shunning societal rules and hating "all these stupids". The Turturros website
